SPRING EQUINOX REJUVENATION CLEANSE

This March Gaia will again hold our SPRING EQUINOX REJUVENATION. The intention is to cleanse and renew the Body-Mind-Spirit for the Spring.! We focus on the Chinese Meridians, which are dominant in the Spring; Liver and Gall Bladder as well as the organs within those meridians will be revitalized through this program.I.

We will synchronize with Nature's rhythm of Spring when the seeds begin to sprout and sap and new life begins to stir. We rejuvenate and regain clarified vision and focused energy for the new growing season.

During the cleanse we will use juices, herbs, baths as well as acupressure, meditation, and affirmations to support the cleansing. Additional therapeutic resources will be available to participants during the cleansing time. The Cleanse is intended to be conducted at home while continuing one's usual routine..

March 31, Thursday– ORIENTATION at Gaia : 7 - 8:30 pm
This consists of an orientation to cleansing and includes an explanation of the remedies and herbs being used and how the cleanse will be conducted. We will discuss the cleansing process, what to expect and how to handle it. Participants will be provided with a suggested daily regimen, affirmations herbs, and other materials needed for the Cleanse

April 4, Monday – CLEANSE BEGINS

April 7, Thursday - BREAK THE CLEANSE at Gaia 7:30 pm
We will gather to break the cleanse together. Food will be provided for the Break Cleanse Feast as well as opportunity to share the physical, emotional and spiritual gifts of the cleansing experience.

There is a fee of $50 for the Cleanse which includes Orientation, products and Breaking of the Cleanse.
