Join fellow women for a retreat in Mt. Airy, Maryland. Enjoy time in nature while retreat presenters guide you through the practices of yoga, meditation, art, mindful eating, and aromatherapy to nourish the body and mind.
Special presenter Jennifer Ramses-LIGHT from Adelaide Australia, will teach workshops on developing your intuition and connecting to your inner wisdom through meditation. Jennifer is a medium and meditation instructor committed to empowering women through the art of kundalini yoga and meditation.

As part of Blue Heron's teacher training program, we are offering a weekend retreat to the Gaia Healing Center on May 8 & 9th.
We are opening a few spaces to the public, for those interested in deepening their experience and understanding of the Anatomy and Physiology of yoga asansa, pranayama, and meditation.
Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga: During this weekend intensive, Carla Douros, Ph.D, will be visiting from Chicago to teach a 10-hour intensive over the course of the weekend. She will be covering everything from the skeletal and muscular systems, to the more complex digestive, lymphatic, nervous, cardiovascular, and endocrine systems. Additional Workshops: YTT primary faculty leaders, Lauren Richardson and Ashley Litecky, will be teaching:
* Playing Your Edge: Developing an IntelligentYoga Practice * Principles of Yoga Adjustments: A Hands-On Practicum * Yogic Nutrition * Lessons from the Bhagavad Gita Hours can be applied toward CEU's for Yoga Allliance.
